Strongest Character is Itachi

Seriously I feel Itachi was nerfed by Kishi cause obviously Sasuke can never ever ever take down Itachi be it Hebi, Taka or Prime Sasuke. There is no character in the series that is so perfect as Itachi in every way, he's intelligence is above all others and he was the Hokage Konoha never had.

I don't think you know what you are talking about. If you are referring to his conversation with Naruto, he was just making sure Naruto was a real friend whom would correct Sasuke if need be. He never wanted them to fight, and didnt need Naruto to fight him at all.
