Yes but he died and got brought back to life by Orochimaru as an edo, it doesnt change the fact that he died.
Prime Kabuto was still the strongest ninja who ever lived, where did op state that it had to be an actual list?

People.. the power of the 3rd Raikage is not Kabuto's power.. If it is can he summon them now???? no. Another person's power is not your own power.. Just like Madara told Kabuto, "don't be mistaken , but this is not your power".
How can someone be at their peak when they are young as hell? lmao. And if you want a "prime" Kabuto.. then thats DSM. not a guy who needs over 6 months of prep time to get dead bodies and then do rituals.. to make a army. ;].
Also, flcl724... DSM is not Oro's chakra.. it is basically taking out the power of Oro he used against Sasuke.. not taking out DSM.

i'm pretty sure they use their own chakra.. Unlike Kabuto who uses other Shinobi. o-o.Obito/uses Hashirama's DNA + Nagato's RinneganWhose power do they use?.

although in my opinion if you can use the power then it is indeed you're own it does not mater who was the originator.
Obito had zetsu fuse with him, he got hashi dna transplanted into him and stole Nagato's eyes.Whose power do they use?.
Madara stole hashi dna
Naruto uses the kyubi powers.
Nagato got his rinnegan from Madara
Sasuke stole Itachi's eyes after he gave him the amaterasu.
Kakashi got Obito's sharingan
so I don't see why its not ok for Kabuto to use others power, everyone do it.
