What? Pa had been training for ages with all of them, he obvioulsy new the level of all of tehm and he says that Naruto > Minato. I know it hurts but I am sure you can man up enough to deal with it.

Ok, so after this discussion here is what I think:
1 - Rinnegan Madara
2 - Hashirama SM
...
3 -Nagato
4- DMS Obito
5 - DMS Kabuto
...
6 - Itachi MS
7 - Minato
8 - Sasuke MS
9 - Naruto SM
10 - ???
Surprised no one mentioned 3rd Raikage, he was on par with the Hachibi. Although for plot reasons I think he would lose to main characters like Sarutobi and Jiraiya. Tobirama and Mu are overrated, they didn't do shit or got kicked out in secs. But in my opinion those 5 are the main candidates for the last available spot in the Top 10.

To clarify:
A - Only thing that matters is the skip, within the groups, your guess is as good as mine.
B - And NO Itachi does NOT solos everyone. He doesn't see Nagato, he doesn't see DSM Kabuto. He's got the same MS powers as Sasuke, is much weaker physically, has less jutsus, although is way smarter and with much better genjutsu (Sasuke deflected Tsukuyomi though), so it's simply inconsistent when people say Sasuke sucks but Itachi stomps, it's just not credible fanboyism.

I agree with you, fully, but there was a lot of *****ing before on Naruto SM, anyways, as I clarified above, within each groups the power levels are so close that is hard to say who's stronger.

EMS Sasuke would rape Kabuto DSM. during that whole fight Sasuke had to hold back because he couldn't kill Kabuto. They had to stop him.

Restricting others power? I don't like this list. And no not everyone can withstand having a Bijuu inside them, let alone the Juubi. Guy, Neji, and Kiba would die if they tried to seal the Juubi in them. Obito and Madara didn't because they have Senju cells and were connected to the Gedo Mazo.

Still all of teh characters in the list could have handle the Juubi. And receiving a Bijuu is just for luck, i.e. Kurama's previous jinchuuriki was Kushina, not exactly Madara. So in theory Kiba or Neji could have received the Kyubi.

That's ridiculous. Both Itachi and Sasuke together had a really hard time fighting Kabuto and risked dying several times. Individually they would just be no match for him. That's a manga fact.
Non-Edo Rinnegan Madara > Hashirama
Does DMS Obito count? He wasn't Juubi Jin at the time but he had Juubi chakra. Even without Juubi chakra, he still has Kamui spam with Senju DNA.
If not then MS Obito is formidable too with 10 minutes of Izanagi.

Given this, the ranking below is pretty undisputable*:
1 Hashirama SM/Madara (rinnegan) =i see you are trying to avoid a fan war, so eh.
2 Madara/Hasirama
3 - Nagato = he himself stated to be on SM Jiraiya's level. If you are talking about the "prime nagato".. then sorry but thats a fan-fic.. And even still hes not in top 10.
4 - Kabuto DSM = With his own skills? hes about rinnegan obito's level..
5 - Naruto SM = You mean BSM?
6 - Sasuke EMS = stronger than Nagato/obito/KAbuto
7 - Minato = Over tobirama and others?
8 - Itachi = Over tobirama and others?
