We don't know if 14 year old Obito had an extra Sharingan implanted. And i think it's relevant because some idiots on here are saying he's just a bit under SM Madara....which is just ridiculous.

Kamui speed works after he is traveling inside dimensions.

When Obito phases, instead warping it is instant.

I could just post Madara kicking Minato using Ftg, Tobirama all the same.

Yet he wasn't able to touch Obito

Next time use a scan that doesn't involve a second person (Lee) aiding him.

Because Madara and Obito beat Minato in speed, that's why his arms are missing.

If Obito's phasing was instant, why did he block the spheres in the scan instead of phasing through them?

I think you're missing the point. Whether Lee aided him, the point is that Minato's FTG was instant. He was quicker than the black spheres. Obito's Kamui wasn't. Kamui is quick but it's not instant .
