Mate, he is recognized as the strongest in DBZ universe. Tengen Toppa is not part of that. You really wanna compare Goku to a robot that throws galaxies like shurikens? And you didn't even consider Kami Tenshin or Haruhi, inform yourself about these and you'll know that Goku or anybody else from DBZ pales in comparison.

Also, couldn't Ichigo defeat Goku (eventually)? He is a Deathgod and cannot be touched by ordinary living beings. Goku isn't human, but he isnt't a deathgod or a hollow, nor does he have weapons that can harm a deathgod. If we go by what's canon, Goku can't even touch the guy.
