Kami tenchi is a literal omnipotent, I'm more of a guy who uses feat as credence to my claims, but kami tenchi logically stands higher than Lord of nightmares (who is megaversal, creator of sea of chaos and the megaverse and parellel universes) KT is considered higher than the chousins+ the counter actor (she is multiversal, who he managed to subdue with a simple kiss).

But anyways, Over 30 characters curbstomp goku in anime. He is not even the strongest in his own verse.

And Ginji Amano is above Kami Tenchi though not Omnipotent he is the King of Creation, created the Infinity fortress which is the essence of all things (Another way of saying Omniverse) and Ginji is above Der Kaiser who is Multiversal.

Same thing with Midora's hungry space but in this case it will consume Goku alive and won't leave a single atom behind. Why would you even mention mountains for Goku? His strength is well beyond that. Well, Bambina can skip mountains around a world (larger than Neptune) at mach 1 speeds and it doesn't decline in speed. I've seen people post anime/manga characters stronger than Goku and the characters from Toriko Honestly, I actually would of said those characters but I forgot about them and can't find the thread where I saw them. Bambina can dodge attacks casually that move nearly at speed of light, so no he won't get blitzed.
