Neji has his chances. Typically Neji would advance with gentle fist but he'll eventually figure out he cant kill Hidan that way. If Neji resorts to decapitation he might be able to stop Hidan. It would be a high diff for either side.

Diedara and Kakuzu are Nejis worst matchups. Kakuzu and Diedara were shown to be a lot quicker. Kakuzu can tank physical hits by Neji and use his hearts to surround Neji with powerful ninjutsu. He also outlasts Neji easily. Diedara would murder Neji no problem.

Sakura rapes Konan. Katsuyu Acid melts that Paper Betch to death. Sakura can one shot deidera given the circumstances. And Kisame is a high diff on both sides.
