no that's his final form because it lacks the yin chakra because yin chakra defines the shape
and form of it and this chakra is more volatile,can expand unlike bee's bijuu form which have already a form and i think that's the reason why minato sealed the yang chakra in naruto

Well remember naruto and the kyubi meld their chakra, not naruto turning into to the fox and using the fox chakra alone so i think thats what give naruto his unique look and plus i dont think he can turn into a solid kyubi because he has to use the other tails chakra somehow which might change the look so it cant be a solid kyubi i guess
