Go straightup to a Doc. instead of wasting your time about that here. No I'm not. Don't be so butthurt.

Sorry bro but I'm actually worried over here and I'm trying to find someone that has had the same symptoms I'm having to get there advise and your over here commenting just for the sake to comment. I've already gotten an appointment at 3:30 and every minute seems like it's ticking so slow and I can't take the suspense.

You're already going to see a doctor, so that's good. How severe is the pain, how long, and how many times
this has happened may also change how serious it is. Heart burn could be what you're having, although having
it every morning seems off. It could be a sign of heart disease, but no matter what, exercising more, eating
healthier, and avoiding chips and fries is a good way to avert further and more severe issues.

Suggestions :
- Go consult a doctor "immediately" if it's serious according to you. (you feel it that's why)
- May be something since you're holding yourself against cigarettes.
- Lol, you're scared a lot. Take care. =D

Well don't trust internet at all lol.

Got pain in my chest when I was doing low and high intensity training and the internet told me that I only had diseases. Later it showed that I just needed to practice more with breathing.

We'll the pain has being going on every morning for about 6 months. At first I could only feel it when I woke up but now the pressure is getting so bad it wakes me up at like 5 or 6 am every morning and I don't go back to sleep. It's like if someone punched you as hard as they could right in the middle of your chest but a little over to the left. Pretty much right on top of the heart. About 8 months ago I went to the doctors and they said I had a slightly high chlorestial so that's when I quit the junk food and cigarettes. I don't eat very much through the day though. I only eat once at lunch and it's usually just an apple with some chili sauce or a couple of bananas. My anxiety makes it to where I can't eat very much. Could lack of eating do something like this?

It's really not for the sake of commenting it was just my advice nothing more. Well, I hope you get well soon Bro. Make a Thread how it all went down & inform us.

Lol at these negative posts trying to scare you.
Cancer?
Heart disease?
Lmao NO

You're not overweight or anything so i doubt its anything too serious. I've had it before and it just went away.
Whatever you do, don't look for answers on the internet. There are alot of idiots who don't know what they're talking about.

But just in case you should go see a doctor.

That sounds like Acid Reflux to me but it is better to be safe than sorry. Go to the doctor, let him do the tests (blood, physical, xray, he may even do an ECG test). You might even want to check your mattress and see if it needs replacing.

btw you are underweight too

You said something about smoking?

Smoking weakens the Lower Eso****eal Sphincter (LES). This sphincter is basically a muscle barrier between your stomach and your eso****us. Once it weakens, the acids from your stomach could easily flux into your eso****us, oropharynx and nearby organs. Acid regurgitation, irritation of eso****eal tissues and heartburn can occur. A burning sensation is what is commonly felt. This is what we call Gastroeso****eal Reflux Disease (GERD).

I hope it's only a pulled muscle. Or a result of improper body mechanics and positioning when you sleep. Because with GERD you will have a lot of lifestyle modifications, and smoking cessation will be one of them.

It would be wisest to go to the doctor and have your diagnostic labs taken. Good luck man and hope it will be remedied and resolved.

Edit:... :| all asterisks are supposed to be p-h-a-g.

As in e-s-o-p-h-a-g-u-s.

Ok so every morning I wake up I have a strong pain in my chest. I'm starting to get scared considering that it's getting worse. I wanna know if anyone else has this problem. I looked it up and almost all of the answers lead to heart disease and I'm scared shitless. I'm going to go see a doctor after school but I just kinda wanna know what I'm walking into so I can be ready for anything. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

do you feel vomiting when you get up and heart burn and burps in noon time??

They've been running tests on me, I havnt gotten the results on anything yet but in the meantime the doctor refered me to someone for anxiety management. From the initial check up the doctor told me I seem healthy but I won't know for sure until all the tests come back from the lab. Really appreciate you guys help. Means a lot. Thank you all

Don't read stuff online opinions. It's all over exaggerated and worse than it. Go to the doctor and see what he says.
