Strong Fist?

Where did the name Strong Fist come from anyway? I was just looking back at some old chapters from Part I and I found this?
Chapter 112 where Sasuke was fighting Gaara during the Chunin Exams:

Kakashi simply calls it Lee's Taijutsu, and that's it, not Strong Fist, but Lee's Taijutsu.

The name Strong Fist was probably made up by Naruto wikia, there are just somethings on that wikia that are not really credible.

Gouken means strong fist, referring to Lee basing his techinques on pure strenght.

It serves as the exact opposite of the Hyuuga's Juuken or Gentlefist, referring to Neji basing his techniques on chakra release instead of strenght.

Both Juuken and Gouken have been used in the original manga releases in Japan, Us, and Europe,
when the techniques were explained the translation was added.

If I'm not mistaken it's based in Shaolin Budhism.

Iron fist or Tekken is more commonly used, but the original manga uses the word Gouken, meaning strongfist.
It's a mistranslation.
