I read on naruto wikia that Rock Lee and Might Guy's fighting style is called the Strong Fist:

Where exactly did the name "Strong Fist" come from and where was this name heard in the story?

I remember watching that episode and last time I remember, Might Guy didn't call it strong fist when he used it against Rock Lee. Could it be possible that this name was just made up by naruto wikia?

Actually its the opposite of gentle fist and its also used by sasuke Kakashi and naruto

No.

On the Anime they are using different names about everything, you might have noticed.

Strong Fist is the literal English translation from the the original Japanese name Gōken. :y
