If Trebol is Doflamingo's right hand man, Sanji don't stand a chance, otherwise he wins.

1. Trebol may win the first match. He is actually a bad match-up for Sanji. Sanji is a close range fighter and close contact is dangerous against Trebol with his sticky sticky fruit ability. Not to mention Trebol is a speedster and possess insane accuracy with his attacks. Sanji also can't put him down with normal kicks and heat of diable jambe techniques would make Trebol's ability explode as an after effect, taking Sanji in the range and the range is quite similar to Caesar's gastanet that managed to do some damage to Sanji's body.
2. Baby5 should take this. She can damage a pacifista and is quite fast. Nami is more strong in trickery. That won't be enough

4. Lao G seems to be the strongest officer(with Gladius maybe) and officers in general are mid vice-admiral level fighters. He is now even facing Chinjao(with drill) who was comparable to base Luffy(without drill). That would be too much for Brook in my opinion
