[Predictions] Strawhats V shanks crew

Here are my thoughts for this........
a) luffy V shanks will be a friendly Haki based battle like whitebeard V shanks.
b) shanks being the swordsman in his crew, Zoro will be the one to face him and in so ding he will measure his strength against mihawk against the man who always derw with mihawk.

shank can beat them all luffy has yet to get to that level like damn ...
shanks haki alone will knock out half the crew...
as a swordsmen zoro might win but in power its shanks,sanji has no chance and of course luffy might be the only one closest but like i said he isnt at that level yet

I think that luffy's crew will never be able to be shank's crew, but either shanks is going to go slightly easy on them but still give them a challenge, or Blackbeard is gonna appear out of nowhere to take the opportunity to f&*k things up

They arn't on shank's level. The crew would mop the floor with the strawhats in seconds. Shanks HIMSELF would be out of the question for ANY of them.

Shanks could pretty much one shot the straw hats with kings Haki. also, I doubt it will be a "friendly" battle. Shanks would probably force Luffy to use his full power in order for him to become the best. note: I'm talking about 500 chapters later because at this current point, it would'nt even be a fight.

there is this hidden rule that everyone on the straw hats take on one person from the opposing crew , not always but most of the time , if they were to face I don't think they'll stand shank's haki , Luffy will take on shanks , zoro won't even if shanks is a swordsman only if it was a friendly match but the straw hats aren't really ready yet , they need more and more , imagine if Usopp tried to take on his father , when the day comes when Usopp can take out his father , they can try to fight shanks crew .

Well at the present...it isn't happening. Law said even with an alliance and strategy that they only have 30% against Kaidou, and Shanks had gone to fight him, and then go to Marineford to end the war before the time-skip...I can't see the Straw Hats being any threat as of now!

Anyways, we do not know what other members of the crew Shanks has...he's bound to have several strong swordsmen so Zoro will have his enemies.

And yeah, I can't see Shanks and Luffy seriously going with an intent to kill or anything. At the least, it would be a fight of them going all out, but without any killing intent. Basically a serious sparring match.

at the moment i would say that: Luffy+ Zoro tagging togethor will be barely enough to beat ben beckmann , but vs shanks it will be a 9 vs 1 and probably a tie

That's true...my point was that a confrontation between the two had occurred recently prior to the Marineford battle...so the fact they stood off as equals and then he went to Marineford can only hurt Luffy's chances XD!



I think the anime may have changes some lines because I think Sengoku mentions that Shanks and Kaidou had just battled recently! Thanks for the point out!
