Luffy can fight on part with an admiral so... i believe Zoro can do the same , the only thing that fujitora has that zoro doesn't has is the devil fruit power .

is that why he is getting stomped by a shichibukia?....thats not fair actually since he is getting stomped by a clone of the shichibukia
