two ways:

1) if your clone comes to me to for example use kenjutsu or taijutsu/ any other short range move.
I would jump drawing my sword and channeling water chakra through it, followed by stabbing it into the ground and transferringinto the area around me quickly making the water rise upwards as a pillar of water repelling the opponent.

the other way would be the same thing but i could jump at an anemy stabbing the ground short range from him and making the pillar rise to hit him

As the vortex heads for me I would release several blades of wind from my hand ripping through the vortex and ending it with some also heading for the opponent.

i wave my hand in an arc towards tokus clone while relesing water chakra form my hand and molding it into an arc. the water arc slices tokus clone poofing it away
