This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
Perform 3 hand seals before creating a whip of water in your hand that you can use for lashing or wrapping around your target to bind them. You can also channel lighting techniques through this electrifying the opponent but I think that would require you to have the KG storm release.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram β†’ Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Perform two hand seals before spitting out high-viscosity chakra infused water that propagates through a wide area. This sticky liquid can be used as an adhesive trap or a jutsu used in order to limit your opponents area of activity. This normally only spreads a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
Perform the Tiger hand seal before manipulating an already present water source in order to create a clone of water. These clones can only travel within short range of the user or else they will dissipate, creating a small water source ;), and they can use up to C ranked water techniques.

I perform the three needed handseals and channel my chakra anyo the air chasing the moisture in the air to condense which I manipulate into the shape of a whip being held in my hand. I lash out with the whip towards a tree wrapping around it and keeping it bound.

Advantage: this is capable if attacking and binding and can reach up to mid range.
Disadvantages: 3 handseals are needed limiting its practicality in some situations.

I form two handseals and begin to channel chakra into my lungs cooling it into water and manipulating it to form a thick viscousy liquid which I spit out and create a little pond like area filled with the liquid and push my clone into it.

Advantages: can strongly affect the area your opponent can act upon.

Disadvantages: terrain change can also affect user



I channel chakra into every corner of my body and memorise how my chakra was spread out and interacted with my body. I then channel that same chakra into a water source beside me and replicate the feeling with chakra creating a water Clone manipulated to look like
me.
Advantages:can use jutsu up to c rank and is a second man on ur side.

Disadvantages. Has to stay close to otherwise will dissipate

Clap your hands and create a spiralling vortex of water out of nowhere. As the spiralling vortex finishes raises it will cascade down from the top and I want you to manipulate that water and aim it towards those dummies long range from us.

A very useful technique. I want you to perform 6 hand seals as you manipulate the clouds above the training field making them burst open creating rain. The rain is closely linked to the users senses allowing them to sense anything that disturbs it.

Standing over by the lake i channel my chakra into it manipulating the water in a way to to to create a pressurized vortex of water rising form beneath a dummy located on a lake beside me. As the vortex rises it crushes the dummy with full force of it's pressure. An advantage to this is that the jutsu can attack all around you in a 360 degree radius and is capable of maiming targets. A disadvantage that i see is that it is being restricted to short range combat which limits it's potential severly. Lastly it requires a water source which is a big disadvantage,



clapping my hands i channel my chakra into the water beneath my causing it spin into a vortex around me that rises up wards as it raises i manipulate the water aiming the newly formed vortex into a long ranged attack directed towards a group of dummies lying long range from us. The attack turns cascades into a wall of water directed towards the dummies. an advantage to this jutsu is it's long range making attacking foe's easier within the battlefield. A disadvantage is controlling water cascading form above takes a little longer and leaves you slightly open.


Channeling water chakra within my lungs i begin to spread it apart and dispense it via my mouth while manipulating it into a mist that forms around the area. Following this i channel my chakra into the mist formed and manipulate as such to reflect natural in a way that makes it hard for opponent to see. an advantage to this jutsu is that your opponent cannot see as well making it easier for you to pull off attacks. A disadvantage is that it requires the hidden mist be used before making it's quick use not possible unless the mist exists already.


casting a string of 6 handseal i channel my chakra in the clouds up in the sky causing them to rain, the rain is closely linked to my chakra. As it falls anything that disturbs it i am notified of, as such making it a nice sensory technique to have around. An advantage to the technique is that it can notify you of any opponent that dissapeared or wasnt present under suspicion. A disadvantage is that it only senses above the surface of the earth not underneath.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Ram β†’ Horse β†’ Hare β†’ Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
After performing 7 hand seals and thrusting your palms forwards, you then expel a good amount of water from your mouth trapping your opponent in a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The sphere's water is so dense that it prevents the opponent from moving, but also restricts the user due to the required hand that needs to stay inside the sphere at all times. This is a form of substitution, which can only be used 1 time per battle, by channeling your water chakra throughout your body you can transform your body into a liquid state allowing you to avoid taking direct damage from physical attacks. You cannot attack while your body is in that form. Lets try it out.

As Zanda finishes his sentence he widens his stance before throwing a straight punch to your face.

In one of the Naruto movies it was manipulated into a dragon with a gaping mouth that attacks your opponent. The summoned water does not move until you manipulate it to. Tell me some advantages and disadvantages to this technique.

i walk over to the dummy as instructed by zandeazy senpai san and stare at then i pick it up and take it over to a water source trowing it on the floor, i dont like the dry lands over there >_> Any ways i form a string of 7 handseals and gush water from my mouth manipulating the water into the shape of a sphere that encases the dummy and one of my hands which remains outstreched into the sphere channeling chakra to keep the prison going. An advantage to this is that the opponent is unable to move within the sphere nad a disadvantage is the hand needing to remain in the prison.





Seeing zandas punch comming for him strawberry tries to through a nut sack kick but realizes the punch is too fast and channels his water chakra throughout his entire body turning it into water as the fist connects , splashing me into the floor as i unprecepitate back into the hustler i am before going for a low blo to zanda. an advantage here is that you can save yourself from a possibly fatal attack and a disadvantage is it's only usable once a battle or once a war.




i form two seperate handseals and summon a large water source that i manipulate into a large dragon with a gaping mouth that rises up wards and then comes crashing down into an area beside me but far enough to not harm me. An advantage to this is the water source is versatile and can be used to attack with various means and a disadvantage is it cannot attack at the long range.

Using the hand seals, Tiger β†’ Dog β†’ Monkey β†’ Snake β†’ Boar β†’ Tiger and then, this technique enables the user to control water and moisture around oneself much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks.

i channel my water chakra underground when i stomp along the ground causing a jet of water to emerge and travel towards my target allong he ground. I could trap my opponent in a genjutsu that paralyses them and then use this jet to strike them. strike with the jet to damage the opponents legs and then use a face paced attack to overwelm the opponent. an advantage is that you dont need a water sourse for this tech. a disadvantage is that an opponent would be able to see the jet traveling along the ground





i release a compressed mixture of spit an water at the ground writing zanda's name. it's ugly but so are.... nvm >_>
an advantage to this tech is both the travel speed of the shot and the speed at which the jutsu can be executed. a disadvntage is that that the water gun is limited to mid range and cannot strike at long range.


performing 6 handseals required i channel my chakra into the ground and cause a massive water source to appear infornt of me .an advantage to this tech is that to can block attacks and drown opponent and give water summons water. a disadvantage to this tech is that the water source can also affect the user.

by some advantages and disadvantages do you mean only adv and dis advantages or also do it aswell

after istening to the instructions i dive into a lake that zanda ad specified, diving through the water i channel chakra throughout my body propelling my forward by using the chakra as a type of engine force. I touch the bottom of the lake and resurface. Advantages to this technique are that you can move in a body of water and also slightly mask your chakra. Disadvantages include not deaing any damage and travelling in water is still dangerous via lightning or oxygen limits


channeling water chakra into my hand i compress the water before releasing it as a powerful jet of water. advantages to this jutsu include no handseals required to use it and its extreme damage capabilities. Disadvantages include eing limit in it's range. the jutsu would not work beyond short making it hindered heavily




i perofrm 4 handseals as i channel y chakra into a nearby water source. i manipulate the water to rise as i form it into a spiralling water formation aimed at a couple of rocks. The water staying connected the lake crashes intot he rocks heavily damaging the area. Advantes include being able to strike from any angle this greatly augments versatility. Disadvantes include requireing a water source, which means it cannot be used everywhere.



how far can you be form a water source to manipulate it into a jutsu?

Nice tech to use on an opponent you may want to finish off under water. With this tech you manipulate the water source underneath them creating a whirlpool, size depending on you but not anything that stretches into long range, that sucks them down into a water source while damaging them in the process. Once under water the opponent should be dizzy and out of breath making that the perfect time to finish them off with a under water water technique. Don't worry, i'll teach you some good ones later.

i channel my chakra onto a narby lake manipulating the water in a decent sized whirpool capable of sucking any thing atop it underwater. Unfortunatly zandas clone was standing there and got sucking downa nd suffered damage as well as being dizzied before poofing away xD

ADVantages
pULLS AN OPPONENT UNDERWATER WHICH LEAVES THEM OPEN FOR AN UNDERWATER ATTACK. tHE OPPONENT ALSO TAKES DAMAGE FROM THE FORCE OF THE WHIRLpool and is also left dizzy

Disadvantages:
no way to be used if their is no water source. also if you are close to opponent it will suck you in aswell.






i form 3 heandseals and channel my water chakra into the air above me forming a dark cloud of flammable liquid which i manipulate into moving mid range of me atop a rock. I disperse the cloud and make the flamable oil rain down as i throw a lighter onto the oil lightning the rock.

Advantages:

okay i see. I make 3 handseals and channel my water chakra nearby underground causing spring water to surface and flow by, as i continue sending my chakra into the water source it continues to expand into a small water basin that i dive into.

Advantages:
creates a water source which can be useful in a place where a water user doesnt have a source.

Disadvantages requires 3 handseals and little use in areas with lots of water

One of my favorite techniques. All you have to do is manipulate your water chakra into the ground beneath your target before creating a water pillar that gushes underneath them sending them into the high into the air. With the correct placement of the water pillar the opponent can be sent off balance into the air as well.

okay i see. I call over my water clown that i hid a couple minutes ago to watch for any possible threat. I channel my chakra into the clone turning the water in it's body into 4 pointed projectiles that launch towards some tree's over there --->

ADV:
can be used as a surprsise attack on an opponent. There are 4 projectiles which means higher chance of hitting.

Dis:
REquires you clone to be sacrificed and it cannot reform.



i run up to a clone of zandas strike it with a few punches and kick with the last one launching it into the air as i leap into him. I channel chakra into the palm of my hand and swing in an arc releasing the chakra a blade of crecent water strieks the cloen vanquishing it.

ADV:strikes the opponent into the air and the water damage further makes it worse for opponent and overall an opponent in the air is vulnerable.

Disadvantages:
requires opponent to be sent into the air, and also use of taijutsu meaning getting in close with the opponent.



i cahnnel my water chakra beneath your clone and manipulate it to rise as i shape it in a water piller lifting your clone into the air and disorienting it due to water splashing and shudden shock

Advantages: Happends beneath the opponent, lifts them into the air where they are vulnrable.

Disadvantages: Can really use it in close quarter combat.


Also how fast does this technique happend beneath you and can the victim feelit comming.

how can you counter it.

I form the ram ahndseal and channel my chakra into my arm creating water around my right hand that i draw backwards. I thrust my hand forward releasing the water that was around my arm while manipulating it into a water bullet projectile. The projectile flies forward and strikes zandas clone pushing him back several feet and dealing anough damage to zandas clone to make it poof away.

ADV/DISADV:
This technique's advantages are that it's a projectile attack that can push the opponent back and deal some blunt force damage to them, This water jutsu also doesnt require a water source and as such can be done anywhere. Disadvantages include needing a handseal and only being able to strike close range.


i channel my chakra into my mouth and create water there while placing my hand on my mouth i manipulate the water in to a whip. The whip is used to attack zandas clone in a slashing fashion that does great dammage. The force of the strike was great enough to send the clone flying back several feet as it landed poofing the clone away.

ADV/DISADV:

Advantages include being able to knock the opponent backwards, dealing decent damage having to perform no handseals and even not being limited to areas with water source. Disadvantages include being only a short ranged jutsu which severely limit it's usage in battle.



I channel my chakra into the air above my condensing the water vapour into pellets of water. I manipulate the the pellets to form projectiles that i release forward launching towards the opponent. They fly towards zanda's clone with great power and speed hiting it and making the clone disapear.

ADV/Disadv: This technique requires no handseals is quite fast and does decent damage without requiring a water source. the jutsu also reaches upto mid range. Disadvantages include if you use the wave your hand method the opponent can possibly hinted towards the jutsu and i doesnt do much blunt damage or reach long range.

i like this one. After forming the required handseal i begin to channel my chakra into the palms of my hand. I expel water from my hands manipulating it to spin creating i type of vortex expelled forwards. The vortex carries on forward forming a wall that can be used to attack or defend.

ADV/DIS:

The advanatges to the jutsu are that it can be used to atttack or defend from an attack. It requires no water source and is quite powerful. Disadvantages are that the jutsu does not go up to long range and requires the use of handseals,

okay so after forming the great 44 handseals of awesomeness.... I channel my chakra into a water source nearby and manipulate it to rise. as it rises it takes the form of a dragon made of water. The dragon rages forward and crashes into a tree ending my 44 handseal effort while taking the tree down.

ADV/DIS: The advantage of this jutsu is that it grows stronger if the user has a speciality for it. some people can use it without a water source and itself is a powerful technique. Disadvanatges include that it requires no handseals to use at all making it's execution very quick.



i perform the tiger handseal and channel my chakra infront of me. I condense the moisture in the air to form an orb of water infront of me. I manipulate the orb of water in a way that 3 whips protrude from it. These whips carry forward and strike zandas clone impaling it and making it vanish.


ADV/dis: The jutsu is able to strike targets at the longrange. It requires no water source making it available on most terrains. Disadvanatges here i see are that the tiger handseal is needed and the orb gievs it away and makes the process slower.
