nope, after the marineford arc, the marines told that the blackbeard pirates are stealing someone's devil fruit, so i guess all of them has some op abilities right now not to mention all of the blackbeard pirates looks like/can develop haki's so i think strawhat is not ready for it.

Because if he parted ways the same way Vivi did. The both said they'll join next time they see eachother. So if Jinbei does join, Vivi should also. Otherwise it'd be a small plot-hole. Also, I don't think any of Luffy's allies in the "War of the Best" will be his nakama. Just allies for the "Promised War".
