OT: Its probably zoro and sanji if at all any one but I would seriously doubt it would be either of them Since they all have their own field of expertise.

??? + Kings haki = death
Zoro (Armorment Haki Master)
Fear + Kings Haki = Death
Sanji (Observation Haki Master)

I had a theory that every Strawhat would develop King's Haki because they were chosen by fate to do something impeccably great to the world, and they would use it in different ways.

Luffy-We've seen

Zoro-His killing intent

Brook-Using King's Haki through his music to increase the strength of his soul-swaying abilities even further

Nami-Control the weather

Robin-Instill the knowledge she gains from the Poneglyphs to the rest of the world/when she tells them the truth of the Poneglyphs, having King's Haki would increase her disposition, making people believe her

Usopp-People believing his lies, a good battle tactic for him. Also, when he was doing that ¨Your fingernails are being plucked out¨ thing to people, with King's, he could actually force people to feel it when he says stuff like that to them.

Sanji-Since he can't fight women, he'd use King's to increase his charm towards any female enemies, swaying them to ally with him.

As for Chopper, Jinbei and Franky, I have no idea what it would do for them. Maybe for Jinbei it'd allow him to control sea creatures like a mermaid, but not on the level of a Poseidon incarnate.

I know, which is why fate chose them. It's kind of strange how the Strawhats seem naturally drawn to each other and how quickly they develop such close bonds. Could be fate giving them Haki, though I admit it's largely a crack theory.

No no no, its quite the opposite think about monkey d luffy strongest ability. It was stated by Mihawk to be the abilty to draw people around him into allies passively and think about luffy's animalistic instict he knows who the strongest people in every given situation are regardless of haki. He knew he had to beat Lucci he knew that He had to go mano y mano with Kuzan he just passivly knows who is the strongest

Luffy has lots of allies he never asked for but he has asked a total of 11 people to join him 2 of which refused (Vivi and Jimbei) and he let them go but the other 9 also refused and luffy didnt let them go he just kept bothering them till they joined him he could have just had the instinct that these guys where gonna be great from the start

Luffy didn't know zoro was gonna be the #1 canditate for next WSS but he knew he wanted him to be his crew's swordsman

Luffy didn't know nami had the ability to predict the weather and control it and was gonna make a map of the whole world but he knew to make nami his navigator

ect.

Luffy has an amazing crew that he accidentally stumbled on. BUT luffy could have known how much amazing potential these guys had and been drawn to them with this amazing animal instict because they were that 1/1,000,000 that he was looking for.
