Alright i'm tired of hearing " They don't plan anymore like they did in part 1" and " they don't sue ninja tools/hand seals"
I am here to prove you wrong yes the plans aren't expanded on but they are there first of battle plans
You must all be forgetting that recently naruto pulled off a genius plan to break trollbitos mask
naruto kakashi guy and bee flawlessy tricked obito into thinking narutos clone had been hit by the stake so obito didn't worry and went phasing into a Tailed beast bomb where clone Naruto was waiting obtio had two choices go back and get killed by a tailed beast bomb or take a hit to the face ( or shirna tensei or absorb the chakra but meh not important)
shikamarus plan to find the zetsus
circles on the ground anyone who steps out of their circle will be labeled an enemy a great counter measure and the only one that worked ( besides naruto)

Sasuke stops itachis hand seals with a shuriken example case in point THEY ARE STILL THERE AND BEING USED just because kishi doesn't take up 2 chapters to explain a plan or show weapons or hand seals doesn't mean he abandoned them.
