Ok, so I was browsing the web, while I got into the drawings from the Artbook by Kishimoto. And found something.

Look at the details. I hope you have already read the last chapters.
The big shuriken at Naruto's feet look like the ones Tobi summoned from his pocket dimension. The lighting kunais near Sasuke look like the ones Kakashi threw and scratched Tobi's mask. The yellow rasengan(we didnt see a KM rasengan animated yet) and Naruto's yellow background simbolize the Kyuubi/Bijuu mode. The paper tags near the rasengan represent Naruto's speed. The red from the sword Naruto has simbolizes the Nine tails. The scrolls he has on his back have snakes and toads drawn on them, simbolizind the two sage modes. Naruto doesnt have any different or additional clothes other than the ones he used to wear at 13.

Look at Sasuke.

The sword and the scarf.
Doesnt it remind you of something? It looks more like Two tails for me.
Do you think something will happen with Nibi?

As for your post,authors sometime put symboles/hint that will show what will happen later in the manga,but I doubt that pic is it.

Actually in canon, Naruto's chakra is yellow so his Rasengan is also yellow.
Nothing to do with Kurama.

If you meant that it's supposed to have foreshadowed anything, then possibly.
The thing around Sasuke's neck reminds me of Susanoo more

I always wonder why Kishimoto always drew Naruto and Sasuke with swords and crap when he never drew them in the Manga with them It 's silly and kind of mean.
