Sasuke and Hinata, definitively not a fanboy, on the contrary, I hate Sasuke, but the fact is, a complete susanoo, with amaterasu laced arrows that go crazy fast. Darui couldn't dodge those, and mei would be difficult, but all she has to do is get hit once.

Mei would own Hinata, so I think it's more like Mei/Darui vs Sasuke. Mei and Darui win, very barely. Perhaps even one of them dies and the other gets severely injured.
