By feats, Sasuke's Susanoo is better.
He can use his Amaterasu on it and control it with Enton.
He's also had tons of practice with it, in battle and outside of battle.

Kakashi has only been shown in two scans. Although, he did get Sakura and get away from Kaguya before her chakra hands, which Naruto himself said was "insanely fast," while Sasuke couldn't even teleport her.
If he is able to use Kamui on Susanoo, such as intangibility, his Susanoo will definitely be better.
