So I believe that the rinnegan is a more pure hearted version of the straight sharingan. I know the rinnegan has been used for evil, but the original owner of the rinnegan used it for good(sage).

Kaguya was the first person to contain the straight sharingan, and she used its powers for evil, but she had a son that was born with an eye similiar to the straight sharingan. I belive the rinnegan represents a balance of yin, and yang. Notice that Sasuke is more of a person that represents the aspects associated with yin, and has the straight sharingan, not the rinnegan, and in order to gain the rinnegan one must contain the chakra of Ashura/yang, and Indra/yin.

It has been stated in the manga and Japanese mythology that one should find a balance of the two to become a more complete and better person. The sage is deffinately a balance of both.

The straight sharingan definitely represent yin, while the rinnegan represents both yin and yang, which leads me to believe that the byakugan represents yang. I know that Kaguya had the bayakugan, but she was evil, I think that Kaguya started out with pure intentions though, but eating/sealing the shinju fruit within herself changed her for the worse.

The Juubi's evil chakra that was saturated within the fruit overtook her, and along with sealing/eating the fruit she gained the straight sharingan. An eye that represents evil at its most pure.

I think the straight sharingan is the ultimate eye to utilize ninjutsu, the rinnegan is the ultimate eye to utilize ninshuu, and the byakugan is the ultimate eye to cast both away and utilize ones natural powers.

The fact that we've never seen a byakugan user never use jutsu's can reinforce this theory. Think about it Neji, Hinata, and the rest of the Hyuga only use their hand as their weapons. Their clan has never showcased a jutsu technique, other than the one to control the members of the clan to be considered as lower, which can be highly debatable as wether or not to consider that a ninjutsu technique, or at least it's not one used to cause damage towards an enemy.

If you've read my theory I'd enjoy some feedback and thoughts. If you didn't read it... Well never mind, the people who didn't bother to read wouldn't be reading this anyway lulz.< Thats the first time I've ever used lulz, I feel a bit childish now.

This question is worded strangely which makes it hard to understand. Reword the question a little better and I'm sure I can explain whatever it is you're wondering.

You said Kaguya had obtain an eye of evil because of the juubi energy so I am wondering a mutation turn the juubi energy eye into a balanced eye (The Sage Of Six Paths) .
