Ok so firstly it gets rid of byakugans only blind spot and gives us perfect clarity in every direction, while also expanding the range of our telescooic sight to 5 Landmarks. It then gives us the unique ability to see souls, spiritual entities and gaze into other dimensions, making escape from our sight almost impossible. OH. It makes the gentle fist effects permanent, so people will have their tenketsu closed or damaged until healed/fixed. Also gives us access to Divine Step Twin God Fists which gives us Taijutsu and gentle fist buffs. And then there's 2 special techniques that sets the eyes apart similar to sharingan gaining their new techs when becoming Mangekyou

Okay so that's mostly correct. I'll start off with Kigen since it's the most complicated technique. First and foremost, customs based on Kigen are banned.

This is Kigen. You essentially generate a spiritual body image of yourself into the dimension that your target is currently in. So for example, if you and your opponent are on a normal battlefield, Kigen would appear within that battlefield. And it can never spawn within 5 meters of the opponent. As the technique says, you are able to use Byakugan, Tenseigan and Jyuken techniques through the spectral shadow of yourself to attack the opponent. The vision between the spectral shadow and yourself are linked so you see everything it sees.

Next, the shadow can passively follow targets into their dimension if they were to try to leave the one Kigen is currently in. For example, if someone tried to Kamui away. Kigen would passively follow them into the Kamui Realm.

Lastly, there is the teleportation aspect, Self explanatory, you can teleport to your shadow.

Some things to clear up about this technique. When you make the spectral shadow, it doesn't spawn with any boosts/techbiques you have currently active. Description: Gentle Step Twin God Fists is an advanced Jyuken Technique, only accessible through activation of the Tenseigan and remains active for the duration of the Tenseigan. The user focuses chakra into their palms, causing their palms to erupt into a teal/cyan colored chakra cloak, in the shape of two demon like-heads with crimson red eyes. Gentle Step Twin God Fists are a direct upgrade to the Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist techniques, boasting a higher damage increase as well as lifting the restriction on the parent technique, while sacrificing the increase in range to their Juken techniques. As a result, Gentle Step Twin God Fists does not remove the user's ability to affect the tenketsu of their targets. So this lets me focus alotta chakra into my palms to create these fiery demon heads on my hands made of pure chakra. It's a direct upgrade from the twin lion fists, and it sacrifices the ranged ability to lift the restrictions of the parent tech. So this can be better combined with the gentle fist techniques because it can still effect their tenketsu while gaining a massive power boost (+30 to tai and +40 to gentle fist). Not to mention the effects would also be permanent. And they allow us to drain 50 chakra from contact with people.

At the end of the wings, the form becomes that of humanoid hands that can be used for attacking/jyuken techniques. It's able to stop 120 damage but anything more will destroy tengokuno. Offensively it can be used to attack and its a 90 damage attack, but can also use jyuken techs through the wing hand shits, then gaining whatever damage the jyuken tech is.
