So the Arali are a fairly new addition to the world as their race was released upon the world during the cataclysm, he event that destroyed a lot of the existing world including the Arali home, giving them a way to escape into the human lands. They’re considered Angels or Demons by humans for various reasons, mainly due to the Arali believing themselves to have been created by the gods and not the gods children as Humans are referred, although Arali are not actually divine in nature And can thus be destroyed by normal means.

Their are various types of Arali that hold their lineage closer to the Angelic or Demonic side depending on what type of Arali you are, originating from Irkalla, the Underworld or Eanna.

I‘ve chosen to run as a Sulpae, a type of Arali known for their human-like beauty and their medical specialisms. The Sulpae are creations of Ishtar or Inanna and were in place to provide warmth to the dead souls passing through into Irkalla. Although since escaping the Sulpae are without purpose and often seem lost In the human world.

Arali differ to normal ninja as they mould Siris and not Chakra. These function very similarly although Siris in its base form is strong to chakra and also reacts violently to being sealed. Sealed away Siris will eat away at their seal, eventually escaping containment and becoming live once again. Siris is moulded through the use of Sigils which function the same as handseals for chakra.

Arali can learn any AE, AN, HA’s etc. so long as they are not bloodline traits, these teachings must have occurred since the Arali’s canonical escape after Abzu’s cataclysm.

Very good, you covered most of it. In regards to what they can learn; Mokuton is the exception due to the user needing Hashirama's Cells to actually use it, so Arali can't have that. Because this is still a relatively new ability, I have to cover everything so you don't have issues in the future. You mentioned how Siris reacts to being sealed away so I want to touch on that a bit more; this is an excerpt from Shady's training, read it and let me know if you understand it or have any questions.

The sealing resistance works after the techniques are sealed, meaning that initially upon the sealing or absorbing happening, the interaction is the same as any other technique. The resistance happens once the techniques are sealed or absorbed, begining to decay the container. This causes the container to break 1 turn after the sealing/absorption if the chakra values were equal, releasing the technique back into the world at the spot of the container itself. In cases where chakra isn't the same value, for every 10 chakra the sealing is above the Arali technique, it'll take an additional turn to decay the container and release the technique. So if a 40 chakra sealed a 20 Siris technique, it'll take 3 full turns to decay the container. When it comes to living containers absorbing Siris, it has detrimental effects such as ones that happen when ppl Absorb Senjutsu and can't use it. Instead of decaying and breaking the container, the person would take 20 damage per turn for every 20 chakra in the technique. And the damage can't be mitigated.
