Since we're bringing back old topics. i never really got this straight comma thing, iirc madara said it gave sasuke "good moves"? So it increases the users agility? idek man.

It could also simply mean that Sasuke has an advanced Sharingan; maybe the point isn't that Sasuke specifically has the straight-tomoe, but merely that he doesn't have a regular 3T Sharingan.

Although it does seem that Madara had a similar straight-tomoe Sharingan, so it probably is also a connection they share as Indra's transmigrant.

Madara seemed to imply that if Madara found Sauske instead of Obito that he would've managed to produce better results meaning that the Straight Commas are vastly superior to a Sharingan that lacks them. Straight Commas however, are only something shared between Indra Transmigrants which makes sense and sets the gap between Indra's Transmigrants and regular Uchiha.

No. Obito never possessed Straight Commas and Madara implied that it was something that extended beyond the Uchiha's bloodline aka Transmigration as that was the only thing Sasuke and Madara had in common that extended beyond being an Uchiha.

I honestly have no idea what the difference is in terms of appearance. It's only Madara that signifies a difference in abilities between the two.

No it doesn't. In the databook it clearly refers to sasuke's regular Ms as the straight comma.
