Storm Release is a KG that has two uses like Lava has four. Storm Release first usage is it creates energy beams to guide towards their enemy. Now this could be used for other usage also not just beams but we only seen beams as of right now. Also the last usage is Storm Release is creating and manipulating dark lightning clouds that can absorb chakra and become even stronger.
Weakness: Wind and some times water(large amount of water) just because it can diffuse the lightning.
Strength: Earth and Fire

Hmm that's a good question. I actually don't know. I would say it would absorb the lightning but not the water aspects of the KG.How would this fair against dark release?

Storm Release is a KG made of Lightning and Water which creates energy beams. This is the primary usage of this KG but also has a secondary usage which is creating clouds that absorb chakra and also release lightning bolts.

Netural: Lightning/Black Lightning(I think)
The reason I pick the bio is because its a chill bio. The character is cool. Reminds me a little of myself. Minato does too with his fathery half.
