Alright, let's go over the basic, what is storm, what elements is it made up of, who uses it in the anime, why do you want to learn it, and if you know, what are the forms of storm, and if so how many different forms of storm are there?

Storm is an Elemental KG ability that is created by combining both Water and Lightning elements simultaneously. In the anime, Darui is the only known canon user, while there was an unknown member in the 3rd Movie that had Storm release, which Hiruko stole. I would like to learn Storm primarily for my quest to be able to teach all possible teaching techniques in the future if I were to become a sensei. It is my goal that I learn all the techniques. And then afterwards, I would at least have tried out each ability so I can also figure out which ability I'm most fond of. And there are two forms of storm. There is the literal version of storm that creates storm clouds and effects, and there is the abstract form of Storm that is literally described as lightning the flows like water. Essentially, it makes lasers that are flexible.

Awesome job. Now, I want you to try and make the two types of storm, the storm cloud version requires more water chakra, than lighting - and the lasers one requires more lightning than water. Give them a shot after one another.

Jakai took in a deep breath and extended his arms forward. He focused his Water Chakra in his left arm and his Lightning Chakra in his right arm, balancing the two in a equal proportion. Jakai would then focus more Lightning Chakra, causing the balance to shift. Jakai would then release the chakra outwards, creating a very small storm cloud that was dark in color and gave off some electrical shocks.
Jakai then focused his chakra again. Same as before, he focused the Water Chakra in his left arm and the Lightning Chakra in his right arm, but surged more Water Chakra, shifting the balance in its favor. Jakai would then release the chakra, creating a small thin bright blue laser forward and eventually dissipated.

So the first and more of the canon version of storm, this one is pretty much just shooting beams of storm at your target, there are no hand seals, only thing noticeable by the use of this technique is the user, you emits a halo where your hands are to produce said beams of storm.

Description: After performing the required hand seals the user uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then uses these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close. But a wind elemental technique can blow the clouds away.
Note: Cloud of rings lasts 2 turns
This one is the cloud version of storm, this creates a thick ring of thunderclouds around your person, which can be used as both attack and as use of defence if you so pick.

Jakai would focus his water and lightning chakra in each of his hands. He would focus the ratio as instructed and hold his hands out while releasing the chakra. A halo of bright energy would appear around Jakai's hands and several laser beams would be shot out, hitting a bunch of targets.

Jakai then focused his chakra again and performed the required handseals. He would then release his chakra and create a ring of thunderclouds above himself. The thunderclouds would resonate and give off sparks of electricity. Jakai would then control the clouds, making them release bolts of lightning towards the targets.Type: Offensive

As the pitch black thunderclouds gather high above the user, the whole atmosphere becomes charged with static energy. After some time, having gathered enough thunderclouds and lightning energy, the whole energy is unleashed upon the ground descending in the form of a collum of energy (similar to the one initially triggered). As it touches the ground around the user, the collumn explands outwards, taking advantage of the moisture in the air to travel up to long range, hitting everything while clearing the skies in the process. The energy destroys anything in its wake, leaving nothing but an empty wasteland behind. Because of the massive range and chakra needed to perform this technique, the user can only make use of it a limited amount of times.

Jakai focused his chakra and performed the four necessary handseals. He would then release his chakra, creating a giant column of red chakra to rise up towards the sky. After sometime, Jakai would expel his chakra, releasing an additional column of storm chakra to be released in an omnidirectional manner. This would clear the entire field and leave it a barren wasteland.

It's good cause it's basically an auto field killer and would actually be unable to stop it from spreading on all directions, only from one bit.Unfortunately, a full turn to charge. What does that mean? Use a clone to stall the opponent and then sacrifice the clone.Type: Offensive
