Across the ruined front lawn of the X-Mansion, Storm stood at mid-range, her Byakugan passively flaring to life as the veins beside her temples tightened. The man’s taunt echoed across the battlefield, but she only gave him a cold, dismissive stare. “Stare? No,” she replied quietly. I’m calculating how many seconds you have left. Lightning and water chakra spiraled together in her palms, forming a dense sphere of Storm Release, which she launched into the sky. The orb burst above the mansion grounds, breaking into thousands of streaking beams of storm chakra that poured down like a celestial bombardment. Each beam curved around her body with perfect obedience while tearing into the battlefield around her.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

(Ranton - Ryūsei-gun) - Storm Release: Meteor Shower

: The user weaves three handseals before gather Ranton chakra into an orb. The user will then send that orb into the sky before it disperses. The chakra will then fall back down onto the battle field as thousands of streaks of beam variant storm chakra. The user has the ability to control the jutsu so that the streams of Ranton chakra avoids him.

Mira’s facial expression remained rather neutral, watching her opponent’s mystical yet awfully basic attempt at a start. A unique brilliant blue energy was forged, aimed to be released into the air as it would eventually come cascading downward. A soft smile grew, as she relaxed her body, a slightly warm up was always welcomed. As the beams of energy drew within reasonable distance, she would have actively triggered a seal on her body, causing the respective kanji to form. As they spread, the impact would be brief yet stunning, a marvelous explosion of energy filled the terrain, but yet she remained.

Don’t be too surprised, I am better than you of course.

She said venomously, as the woman proceeded to release the very same elemental assault again, this time in the form of a giant blueish hawks. Mirabelle quickly and effectively ran towards em, quickly forming a giant gauntlet made of her hair, infused with Yang Energy. The respective gauntlet was taloned at its tips, allowing her to effectively rip through the birds. The impact of her strikes carried an explosion of Storm chakra, having sealed the element earlier into her scripts and energizing the potency of her next few strikes. This would have increased the damage zone, with the remaining energy continuing at a weakened state.

Description: Body Of Teach is a simple sealing technique only passed down to the head of the Uzumaki clan of each generation. The seal would come in the form of small vertical straight lines across the body that are not noticeable by the naked eye while dormant. Each line would be small written kanji of each basic element over and over in a row, forming the straight line. The kanji is so small, even those capable of seeing the lining on the body wouldn't notice they are actually kanji writing unless they had some sort of vision allowing to see such small writing. The seal would come into effect when the user wills it to, actively sealing an elemental technique that would have come into contact with the users body; Allowing them to seal the element into the lining, causing the lining to glow a color similar to the element sealed (Yellow = Lightning, Blue = Water, Brown = Earth etc.). Once the element is sealed, within the next 2 turns (including the turn the element is sealed) the user can release the element passively next to any taijutsu performed; Not only giving the attack a heavy damage boost, but also causing an outward shockwave in the direction of the attack, which would expand the damage out to mid range. Once the element is added to the taijutsu attack, the kanji for the specific element would disappear from the lines on the body altogether. In case of AE or CE being sealed, the kanji for every element that makes that element up would disappear Also. Of course this means once an element is sealed once, that specific element that disappeared can't be sealed and used as a boost again. Being an advanced Uzumaki seal, it can seal techniques with chakra up to 70 or below. Anything beyond that would be unsealable.

Description: Arbiter of Malice is a Grimm Mane technique designed to be the inherent basic technique of the style. This means, while now based on a direct beast- the user can shape and mold their hair into different forms. These can range from gauntlets resembling the fierce talons of an avian, stretched out in length like whip resembling a tail etc. This falls all into the user's own imagination now how they wish to conduct and control the hair. In contrast to this, the unique application applied to this technique requires direct contact - allowing Yang natured chakra to be forcefully infused into the target's body. The chakra immediately begins to attack the individual's nervous system- overloading it and messing with their brain's signaling. The sheer mutation also expands into two specific alterations based on rank, one of which the user's eye balls rapidly and uncontrollably looking in different directions. This renders abilities casted through eye contact/line of sight impossible as they wouldn't be capable of adapting to the rapid change in brain signal to regain control over their eyes. This only applies with the B Rank application, while the A and S Rank application implements a more harsher degrading of the nervous system, rending the opponent unable to use Taijutsu above B Rank when inflicted with this mutagen. B Rank application can be used four times per battle (with a cool down of two turns between each use), A Rank can be used thrice per battle (with a cooldown of two turns between each use, but leaves the user unable to use Grimm Mane Techniques above A Rank for said duration) and finally S Ranks twice per battle (with a cooldown of three turns between each use but unable to use Grimm Mane nor Yang Release Techniques above A Rank during this cooldown). The Yang mutation naturally fades away after two turns of infection, though can be preemptively removed with a surge of chakra either through Yin - Yang, Yang or Yin Rlease or Natural Energy of 50.

Once she finished, she would have continued in her dance, waltzing swiftly in a quick mannerism as she exhaled a giant ball of spiritual blue flames at the opponent, aiming directly at them. Should impact be made, the spiritual flames would effectively burn her spiritual nature, leaving her scarred with another deceptive attachment. The maiden would continue to move however, keeping a short range (five meters) distance from her opponent, waiting for the chance to step in.

You honestly don’t think you can win, do you? Or are you that motivated to suicide, knowing facing me would lead to such a result.

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and its Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.
Note: This can only be used by Matatabi and it's Jinchuriki.
Note: Intangible or Spiritual Blue Flames can only be utilized if their respective skills have been acquired.

Storm’s byakugan eyes narrowed as the intruder’s blue flames tore across the battlefield, their chakra intensity burning like a beacon through her Byakugan. “Blue… flames?” she whispered, curiosity sharpening her gaze. “How bothersome.

From the sleeve of her cloak, a pale serpent lunged outward with its jaw dislocating wider than any natural creature’s should. In a swift, fluid motion, it devoured the incoming mass of spiritual fire. The moment the flames disappeared into its throat, the serpent dispersed into nothingness, sending the technique away into the depths of Ryuchi Cave.

(Hebi no Shukuen) Snake Feasting

Description: The user manifest a snake from one or both of their sleeves. This snake or these snakes are from Ryuchi Cave which can defend against A-S rank and below attacks being it elemental or normal ninjutsu and even inanimate objects. The snake(s) eat the attack they are defending from inanimate objects and jutsu. At this moment after eating the attack/inanimate object they disperse(no smoke but as if it just got burned). The attack is sent to a disclosed location in Ryuchi Cave that seals the attack inanimate to be never seen again. The size of the snakes grows depending on the situation. When the snake comes out is like the size of a snake from the "Hidden Shadow Snake Technique". The snake(s) can grow up to a large size(see spoiler for highest size). This technique can create multiple snakes that grow into different sizes depending on the situation.
Note: A rank can be used four times per battle/arc with a one turn cool down and S rank can be used three times per battle arc with a two turn cool down

When a technique has its chakra drained it de-ranks that technique based on the chakra taken out if not out right dispersing it(this only happens if all of the chakra is drained) this technique can only hold up to A rank chakra but can be bottomed out with another technique using its chakra. This move costs 10 chakra per turn to maintain

Raiton chakra flickered across her fingers, dancing like golden serpents. Storm slammed her palm to the ground, sending a surge of raiton chakra tearing through the earth beneath the cover of her clouds. The energy raced forward unseen silent, coiled, lethal. The ground erupted with a violent crack as her technique burst forth, an enormous triangular bolt of lightning ripping a blazing path toward the intruder. Dirt, stone, and debris vaporized under the sheer heat, the air warping around the destructive charge. “You should run,” Storm warned, her Byakugan glowing like pale moons through the swirling darkness. “Because if you stand still… the next bolt will tear the arrogance right out of you.

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

I am, like 95% sure you just…took the whole technique. That snake technique doesn’t seem to indicate it works on a chakra vs chakra aspect, which in itself is limited to select fields (like Fuinjutsu, Storm’s Cloud Variant etc). That snake technique likely only allows you to ‘eat’ up to the amount of base damage. WELL, since this is being graded anyways, I’ll leave the checker decide on that and will reply as is.

Mirabelle watched as the woman summoned a serpent from her being, its unhinged behaviour causing it to swallow the fiery maelstrom of spiritual blue flames. Mirabelle was quite familiar with the aspect of sealing, being an Uzumaki herself but she encountered an animal consuming her flames, so…casually. It was all in all, a minor setback - but with that had a major comeback. Once the snake swallowed the flames, Mirabelle would not let her offensive momentum be stopped

She skidded to a stop; and without word would have clasped her hands. Kneading an ample amount of chakra, she would have released an omndirectional shockwave, as it quickly cascades across the terrain. The impact would cause not only for the potential storm clouds to be dispersed; it would have continued unhindered- completely overwhelming the opponent.

Description: Inspired by his Gathering Clouds sword technique’s ability to create shockwaves of air pressure, Hakushu Shōten is a taijutsu attack created by Kōtetsu Inuzuka that allows the user to slam his hands together with tremendous strength to produce a radial shockwave of air pressure that reaches up to mid-range away from the user’s position and gradually spreads outward to a maximum of 10 meters wide as it travels. In addition to dealing concussive damage to an enemy and being capable of shattering or dispersing techniques of equal strength, this technique is able to push whatever it comes into contact with into mid-range. Due to this technique not being reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to taijutsu will apply to the technique.

(Bijuutsu : Negai) Tailed Beast Technique: Wishbearer

Description: A unique technique that utilizes the chakra of which a Bijuu is capable of transferring into it's Jinchuriki. This chakra is commonly refered in two different types, negative white chakra and positive black chakra as seen when a Jinchuriki/Bijuu is stabilizing the ratio within a Bijuudama. However this is infusion technique in which allows the Jinchurki to separately infuse one of the mentioned chakra forms above in order to achieve unique effects, while also recreating the ratio balance within i.e elemental ninjutsu.

Positive Black Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; allowing for the selected technique to have it's nautral weakness removed and instead behave akin to Bijuu Chakra; thus being neutral to all. This process is done by tampering with the ratio of the technique, allowing for the infused jutsu to be created just as normal but with the additional chakra it would play the role of neutralizing the selected technique. The infused technique of course remains the same; having i.e fire still capable of dealing burning damage etc. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more darker than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Negative White Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; will seek to become enhanced and gain far more power than before. The technique in question will gain an additional rank for A Ranks and below while S Ranks and above will gain +20. This is based on the idea of wanting to empower other techniques the Bijuu has no inherit affinity towards such as the Nibi towards Fire Release and as such cannot be applied to it. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more lighter than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Each infusion can only be used twice per battle; though the technique over all may be used four times. Infusion lasts as long as the applied technique, while this technique goes on a two turn cool while no S Rank and above Bijutsu in the same and next turn.

She would have also infused an additional amount of chakra into it’s composition, allowing Bijuu chakra to be mixed in nature, empowering it even more. Once the shockwave is released, Mirabelle would whimsically make a single handseal, allowing the Chaos of one’s mind to be subjected. One truth, she knew. Two truths? Perhaps. In reality, the world was tapestry - only the strongest may write upon it’s glory. In the illusionary world, only a Surrealist can.

The illusion caused Storm’s vision to become clouded, as layers upon layers of chakra would suffocate her vision. The pressure amounted, her perception skewed, and best of all? It granted boons to the Jinchuriki, as her wavy reddish hair danced thoroughly in the breeze.

You’re all talk, quit embarrassing yourself with that philosophical bullshit.

Mirabelle cared not for the woman, truthfully- but she wished to test her resolve. Was she all bark and no bite? Or just some random Hyuger. Mentally, Matatabi chimed in though her tone was one of disappointment.

Genjutsu: Kami No Nozumo Zai | Illusion Technnique: Divine Presence

Description: Forming three handseals, the user will cast a genjutsu upon their opponent, rather than altering the enviroment at all this illusion will instead alter how the victim perceives things using extrasensory methods, working exclusively against those who can sense chakra and see chakra, such as dojutsu users or sage mode users. When afflicted by this illusion the victims sensory ability will start to go haywire, causing them to sense enemy chakra in everything around them, or seeing it in everything around them in the case of Dojutsu. This illusion will cause no paralysis effects however it will completely overpower the sensory of opponents, rendering it useless as they can sense the users chakra everywhere like a blanket of fog, making it impossible to pinpoint actual sources of the enemy chakra. Should the illusion not be broken the opponent will begin to take spiritual damage, feeling as though they are being crushed beneath the sheer force of the chakra.

-Can only be used 3 times per battle.
-This illusion can be cast on multiple people in range with only one move slot used, however it will count towards the 3 times per battle limit, I.E two victims is two usages.

Following the Storm's Snake Feasting Jutsu, the woman would summon an incredible amount of strength and clap her hands together, creating a radial shockwave of pressure. Storm remembered the teachings of Ryuchi Cave and began to passively draw in natural energy from the environment, combining it with her own chakra, creating senjutsu chakra and entering Sage Mode. Now a Sage, she would simply raise her hand while molding storm chakra and release black clouds in the form of a dragon from it. The jutsu would rush straight down the battlefield towards the woman through shockwave, creating an area of safety behind it, towards the woman.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. Upon entering, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal 10 damage for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable once per battle instantly by Perfect Sages only, starting with 400 chakra. Additional usages require meditation to enter, gathering 75 chakra per turn meditated for a max reserve of 600.

(Ranton: Sutōmudoragon no Jutsu) - Storm Release: Storm Dragon Technique

: After weaving 3 handseals, that gathers and molds Storm style chakra in its thundercloud variant within their body. The user then releases that chakra from their hand in the form of a thundercloud dragon towards their target. Despite her clearly superior tactic going through as intended, it seems the opponent had a little more to her than anticipated; as a storming dragon came into existence shortly after clearing the initial opposing technique. The Uzumaki sneered, her eyes becoming more focused and intentful - and without a word, she moved into to strike. Her secondary plan would be pushed to the back of her mind, as she quickly tapped into the chakra of the Nibi, as a translucent cloak of red orange chakra latched onto her physique. This augmented state, aptly known as Chakra Shroud - had ignited a new found source of power, the very ground beneath her buckled under the weight of its pressure. In that moment, she vanished - swiftly moving in a wide arc out of the path of the storming dragon (utilizing her increased speed to avoid the dragon) and quickly closing the distance between herself and her opponent. This wide arc kept her eight meters away initially, while she continued to keep track of the opponent in question.

Description: The Jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu ( although with little detail ), with a variable number of tails ( depends on which Bijuu it is ) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a damage shaving immunity of 40 damage.
Note: Can only be used 3 times and lasts for a maximum of 5 turns.

One detail she noted was the slight shift in her eyes, the pigment at the corners. A Sage? It’s been some time since she’s faced one; and she gladly took up the challenge to see what this weirdo was capable of. As she released her next water dragon, Mira’s next motive came into play as she passively summoned her signature weapon from a seal on her hand, which upon contact she actively triggered another seal directly on the shaft of the bow. This allowed a spherical barrier to surrounding herself in the kanji for "Protection". The water dragon would have been pulled, its essence firmly and neatly compressed into the seal in question.

Matatabi quipped, utilizing a unique technique they managed to learn, which allowed the Bijuu in question to cease control over it’s chakra. It was from this that a sole chakra arm was crafted, performed simultaneously with Mirabelle’s Barrier - blitzed into the arm in an attempt to grapple the woman. As she did, the chakra arm closed tightly on her physique, bone crushing force behind it but it wasn’t finished as Matatabi retracted the arm in question. Matatabi would finally throw the now bleeding woman, a pitch of sorts, directly at the ground. Mirabelle remained ever vigilante, her form pacing as she hummed a low growl in anticipation of some sort of counter attack attempt or even self healing, her bow with its quiver now attached to her.

(Mayonaka ) Midnight (Passive/Active)

Description: Mayonaka is a powerful bow that was handcrafted by Mirabelle Nariyuki. Her desire to create a weapon that suites her combat prowess as an archer allowed her to create this weapon. Through the assistance of her mentor, Paradox, a very cryptic weapons master – she was able to finally establish and create a bow that surpassed any of her previous weaponry. The bow itself is rather basic in design – being a sleek black coloration, having a somewhat glass like finish to it . The quiver associated with the bow rests on her hip usually but can be used in any fashion she desired such as on her back. The bow’s design is strong enough to resist one S rank attack or two A ranks before shattering to another technique afterwards. The bow itself is highly focused with its design of combining fuinjutsu and archery into one. These can be found below, with some of it revolving the bow itself and the quiver tied in.

Against the Fleeing Light (N/A) – Considered the most basic ability of the bow, is passive in nature and doesn’t require a move slot. Located on the bow and within the quiver are two seals, modified version of the “Lightning Blade Creation Seal”. Upon the user taking an arrow out from the quiver, it is immediately replaced with another in order to keep the user’s arsenal of arrows continuously filled. This allows the user to summon forth any kind of arrow she has access towards, though the quiver itself utilizes unique arrows as well. These unique arrows are adaptive by nature – meaning that they are capable of transforming into any kind of arrow the user might need in combat. This includes special arrows for custom fighting styles etc those allowing for the user to complete have access to their arsenal to the fullest capacity. This also extends to techniques that create chakra based arrows, causing adaptive arrows to absorb the chakra nature of the user and transforming into the needed arrow while the bow itself acts as the chakra bow or even turning into other types of bows for other styles if any is needed to be formed. The other seal is located on the bow itself, allowing the user to seal and unseal the bow into the palm if needed or to put away when not in use or to avoid someone trying to steal it. This doesn’t cost a move as well, though most at least be within ten meters of the weapon to do so.

Stellar Predator (N/A) – The secondary and final passive of the bow, located on the golden accents of the bow. This is an empowerment, with a seal that is passively activated each time the user utilizes a technique or skill from the bow. The seal passively siphons an additional amount of chakra from the user (+10) in order to enhance the strength of the bow and arrow. This acts as a means to increase the damage of these techniques by +1 rank or +20 DMG for techniques S rank and above in power.

Bolts of Downfall (D – S) – The first active ability of the bow, in which utilizes a seal marked “energize”. Upon preparing to fire an arrow, the user can activate this seal – which causes an elemental nature or other nature transformation the user has access towards to be released. The seal then infuses the bow with said elemental nature, creating a coating around it. Once the arrow is released it soars through the skies at the intended target. The coating causes the arrow to gain the elemental properties of the chosen nature, that when striking them will react in a way the element normally does (such as fire burning the opponent, lightning shocking the opponent) etc. This can also be applied to Custom Elements or Advanced Elements. D to B rank can be used any amount of times per battle, while A rank can only be used thrice and S rank twice. A rank causes this technique to go on cooldown for two turns before utilizing it again while S rank causes this same cooldown but for three turns instead. Stellar Predator's damage increase doesn’t apply to this ability. These arrows are fired up to long range, with the coatings being applied at a short range.

Gaze of the Deep (A) - The second active ability of the bow, the user is capable of activating a seal marked as “protection ” on the bow . By activating the seal, a spherical barrier of chakra will immediately form around the user (up to short range). This barrier is laced with sealing scrip all around it, that once foreign chakra comes into contact with it – the barrier forcefully seals the technique into the seal. Once this is done, the barrier collapses afterwards. This ability can only seal chakra/techniques up to A rank ( 30 Chakra + 10 via Chakra Fortification = 40) but cannot be used on living creatures unless it’s a chakra made familiar. Can only be used thrice per battle, with a cool down of three turns.
Bijutsu - Bijūdo | Tailed Beast Skill - Tailed Beast Fury (Passive)

Description: This technique is a passive skill granted to Tailed Beasts, and by extension their Jinchuurikis. As the Tailed Beasts are beings made of pure chakra, they are able to maintain control and sentience through their chakra when the Jinchuuriki is using a transformation that allows the use of chakra arms or partial transformations. The Tailed Beast may independently control the body parts allowing them to act on their own with or without input from the Jinchuuriki and allowing the Tailed Beast to fight without being fully released. This allows the Tailed Beast to protect their host against threats they may not be aware of or even surmount a surprise attack when the opponent least expects it. Due to the unpredictable nature of this ability, this control can be initiated at any time not costing a move and within the same timeframe as another technique. This skill makes it hard for even a fully matured Sharingan user to track and react to the sudden movements as there are no outward signs to signify the manipulation taking place.

The jinchuuriki must have a chakra shroud or be in initial transformation to use. Naruto bios may use this technique in any of his Bijuu Modes.

"And there it is… the vile creature inside you is finally showing its true face." Storm’s Byakugan flared, her vision slicing through the chaos as her sensory chakra pinpointed the flow of energy erupting from a hidden seal on her opponent. The wave of power surged outward, flooding the woman’s system and reinforcing her speed and strength. A demonic, cat-like form cloaked her as she effortlessly weaved around Storm’s attacks, sealing the rain dragon mid-flight, and retaliating with an extended limb of her shifting, chakra infused cloak.

Without hesitation, Storm accelerated towards the chakra limb, her body a blur of motion as she closed the distance at a speed that turned the air into a roaring gale. Storm Release chakra surged violently throughout her upper body, igniting her veins with thunderous energy. The cloak arm struck her, but as it passed through her, she absorbed it into her own network. The stolen chakra pulsed through her like a surge of stolen lightning, replenishing her reserves in a heartbeat. "This chakra…" she thought, as she felt it pour into her chakra network and felt its essence.

Description: With a series of three hand seals the user manipulates the chakra of his body and transforms a part or half of it into the ‘Storm Release’ element allowing the user to pass through attacks with ease. The phasing ability is limited to physical attacks only, wind style techniques gain +10 damage against this technique.The special effect of the element comes into play when either the opponent or an attack passes through the user when in this state. When an opponent or his attack touches the user while transformed the resulting opponent/attack has 30 of its chakra pool taken to replenish the user, this is achieved by Storm releases ability to absorb chakra of anything that touches it, the absorbed chakra is then used to replenish the users own chakra pools. When the cloak absorbs the chakra of an attack it weakens the opposing jutsu down to the same rank of its resulting chakra pool for instance.

Still surging forward, Storm inhaled sharply, molding a torrential surge of water chakra in her chest. With a sudden exhalation, a column of crystalline water erupted from her mouth, coiling through the air with brutal precision. At the same time, her fingers formed to weave a single, Storm released lightning chakra that danced along the stream of water. As the lightning came into genesis, it would be supercharged by Storm's personal summon Sparky. The two forces combined seamlessly, lightning arcing through the swirling torrent, each spark magnifying the power and force of the attack as it tranversed down the lawn towards the woman.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Sparky) - Summoning Technique: Sparky ~ Reference

Description: Sparky is a 2 foot long black snake with white stripes with a strong affinity for Lightning Release. However Sparky is not a combat focused summon. Sparky is a personal summon known for its strong electrorecption abilities and ability to enhance Lightning Release attacks. If in contact with its summoner, Sparky can share these abilities with its summoner. It's electrorecption ability allows it and those it is physically connected to, to perceive all chakra based electrical fields within a landmark the moment they come into existence. Tracking limitations still apply. When in physical contact with its summoner it can also passively enhance their Lightning jutsus by +20 by charging them.

Was Mirabelle’s words to her opponent, having watched her strip her human form and blitzing towards her - though sight of her was momentarily lost. What wasn’t lost however was the emission of the electrical water - giving Mirabelle a rough idea on her opponent’s vicinity. With the information presented, she would have immediately made two quick handseals, timed perfectly to the arrival of the liquid, which upon the final one - her anatomy shifted. Her cells began to quickly diminish, as her form became a shimmering deep red color, becoming one with the ionized ash particles. This shift in anatomy caused her to essentially become weightless, quicker than one can imagine while it was reminiscent of her draconic summons, Wyverns. It was at this moment, she utilized the increased speed to immediately launch into the air, at a diagonal path- up and over the water to essentially place her behind her opponent.

Once she was behind the opponent she reverted back to normal, she clasped her hands- quickly converting her chakra - as she weaved her hand into the direction of the opponent. Highly spiritual flames erupted from her form- resembling a pride of felines, tigers, lions, panthers and likes. With a mental command, the entire armada of animals collapsed onto Storm’s position

(Dakuiton: Chikou Tai no Hokou ) Dark Vacuity Release: Rift Walker

Description: Through the swift formation of two hand seals – the surges their Dakuiton chakra. This willingly turns the user’s body into that of the iconic ionized ash. The ash is formed into an avian form of the user’s choosing, be it insects, birds or any winged creatures in a swarm like formation as they move. Due to their bodies natural weight being reduced, as they move in this state they are moving twice their base speed. The intentions of this technique is to act as a gap closer or inherit dodge, using the transformed state and speed as a means to achieve such a feat. However due to the user being in this state of form, they are restricted to the elements that compose of Dakuiton, alongside other basic non elemental abilities. In terms of dodging, due to the user’s small form – is capable of avoiding most techniques though those with wide range can prove to be troublesome. Techniques that overpower the transformed state will cause the user to shift back into his/her human form while taking the rest damage after interaction; while technique's which doesn't fully overcome it - the user remains in said form if they so chose thought weakened. The unique part of the user’s transformation, is that when interacting with elements weaker to Dakuiton(up to S-rank), those elements are ionized as norm – but the user remains unharmed and simply reverts back into their human form having dealt with the opposing technique. This may be used three times per battle, with a cool down of three turns between each use. The user is capable of sustaining the form for three turns, and may dodge a technique using its sheer speed once per turn at the cost of a move.
( Aoi Katon ) - Blue Fire Release

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and its Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.
Note: This can only be used by Matatabi and it's Jinchuriki.
Note: Intangible or Spiritual Blue Flames can only be utilized if their respective skills have been acquired.

Was asked to grade this, so here it is:

Turn 1:
Nice start from Kooljay, choosing a wide area attack and then a focused one. Nothing flashy, despite the element, but to the point nonetheless. Mirai's counter is solid, absorbing the first attack and then using it to destroy the second. Though I would have liked more description on how exactly you (Mirai) used the Yang hair gauntlet to destroy the 3 Storm birds simultaneously, as Kooljay had described them like pincers closing in at your sides while the third went straight. The fireball after that was simply to gain tempo. I give this turn to Kooljay.

Turn 2:
Tempo which Kooljay fails to regain, instead choosing to 'seal' the fireball, ignoring the shockwave from Mirai's Taijutsu technique, set up a terrain effect, and then attack. As to whether or not Snake Feasting is a Fuinjutsu or otherwise chakra-based technique, the answer is that its a basic summoning jutsu only able to remove (not seal) techniques of base rank and damage (up to 80). Mirai's fireball was well over what the snakes were designed to devour and as such they would have not been able to. Mirai takes advantage of this disjointed response (even without the Snake Feasting failing) by attacking with a shockwave as soon as the snakes left, permitting the storm clouds if only to make Kooljay waste chakra, followed by a very apt Genjutsu to disrupt his Byakugan. I give this turn to Mirai.

Turn 3:
Kooljay finally regains his momentum by plowing through Mirai's shockwave with an empowered jutsu. The latter reacts with a speedy dodge and simultaneous maneuver to pressure Kooljay whilst defending from the Rain dragon, again only permitting it to waste chakra as the second dragon's straight dive would have missed anyway following the dodge from the first one. Would have liked to see a more direct/offensive use of Chakra Shroud after the dodge. I give this turn to Mirai all the same as their move was more tactical than Kooljay's double-dragon approach.

Turn 4:
The use of Zeus' Robes to absorb Mirai's chakra arm attack and nullify it while replenishing your reserves was nice. The Water + Lightning combo afterward was also a great addition, but note that Wave of Inspiration only has a damage value when used in its unfocused form. When used to augment a Water technique like Kooljay did it simply adds +20 to that technique instead. This means Sparky's boost is wasted as Wave of Inspiration has no damage of its own in this scenario.

Mirai's response is iffy here. With a base speed of 12 (6 AGL), Storm had surged forward using Perfect Sage Mode speed, which is 48 (12×4). Mirabelle attempts to dodge at 20 speed (base speed of 10×2 from turning into Dark Vacuity) and avoid the Water + Lightning combo, which in my opinion would fail, as Storm would have closed the distance between you near instantly while attacking with a technique that has a very wide AoE which as noted in Rift Walker's description, is quite troublesome to dodge, especially on such short notice. I give this turn to Kooljay.


Now after tallying up these results it would appear as a tie, but Kooljay's turn 2 misplay of trying to use Snake Feasting as a pseudo-Fuin jutsu cost him this fight. Reason being it was the most damage sustained in the entire fight. Even Mirai's turn 4 slipup would have caused them to only take 65 DMG (145 - 60 (+20 [elemental strength to Lightning and Water]). Kooljay ate 140 DMG to the soul. Winner: Mirai
