Storm Release, or Ranton, is an Advanced Element from Kumogakure created through the use of Lightning and Water-based chakra to create bright beams of electricity that flow like water and can be guided towards the enemy. The user can also create and manipulate dark lightning clouds which could also absorb chakra to become larger and more powerful.

- Can be made at any rank.
- Requires Lightning Release and Water Release to make a Ranton bio.
- Counts as an Advanced Element.
- All custom Storm Release bios must originate from the Land of Lightning.
