Description: The user will cup their hands together whilst pointing it towards the sky, channeling their storm chakra into their hands as they do this. From their hands, they will quickly release a massive spiky spherical projectile of storm which will travel a certain distance into the sky above before splitting into countless bolts of Storm which branch out in every direction, the bolts guiding themselves towards any opponents within a ten meter radius of the user's position.

(Ranton: Kuro Kumo Doragon) - Storm Release: Black Clouds Dragon

Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short-Long (Made short range of the user with a long-range reach)
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will channel their Ranton chakra into every chakra point on their body to form a whirling vortex of black clouds and electricity around themselves. The black clouds are similar in composition to those created by Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave, and are electrically charged with storm chakra, giving them the appearance of black clouds with streaks of sky-blue energy coursing through it. As the black clouds swirl around the user's body, they quickly form into the shape of a dragon (similar in size to the Earth Dragon technique) before flying off and assaulting the enemy. Due to the way the technique encompasses raging black clouds as well as lightning, its ideal in countering techniques such as Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees, since the lightning will destroy the trees in its path whilst the spiraling vortex of black clouds will disperse the pollen in the vicinity produced by the technique, preventing it from coming into contact with the user's body.

Ok, give me a few advantages and disadvantages for both and then give me a couple of different ways you would use them both along with what jutsus you would combine them with.

Advantages
- Jutsu is simple to perform requiring no hand seals needed
- The attack guides itself to the user in a ten meter radius making it difficult to evade

Disadvantages
- The jutsu must first set itself up in a certain distance to the sky and then shoot towards the opponent, this can slow down the process of completing the jutsus attack.

Combo-strategies
- I would use this jutsu mainly for the purpose to cover area around my opponent and making it hard for evasion. Since the attacks follow in a 10 meter radius I would try to make sure my opponent would lose his balance or in a way slow him down so he can't evade the jutsu.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in harming the enemy target.

To slow down my opponent and trip him up while the attack hits him.

(Ranton: Kuro Kumo Doragon) - Storm Release: Black Clouds Dragon

Advantages
- A very powerful attack and can be used as a fatal blow to your opponent.
- Has a long reach making it difficult to evade
- The spiraling vortex with the jutsu is great to use to blow away any incoming attacks while this jutsu is charging at the opponent.

Disadvantages
- Must be made short range of you giving you less durability of where you would use this jutsu

Combos-Strategies
Well this jutsu to me, like I said before I something I would use a fatal blow to the opponent. First of all I would make sure I have some distance away from the opponent since I can only make this jutsu short range if I tried to use it an opponent is short range to me, they would easily be able to counter it before its shape is complete. I would personally throw out a barrage of attacks to my opponent to my opponent get his attention towards them and then make the dragon to attack the opponent.

(Ranton: Kennon Ryuushutsu) - Storm Release: Solstice Stars
I focus on my chakra and then nature manipulate my chakra into suiton and raiton which i channel both separately to each of my hands. I cuff my hands together and mold the two chakra natures to create storm. From my hands I release the storm chakra outwards and send out a spiky spherical projectile of pure storm chakra towards the sky. When it gets to ten meters above me, I release the gathered storm chakra to attack my opponent with many bolts of storm which guides itself to the enemy. On contact damaging the opponent.

I gather my chakra on all my chakra point and manipulate the nature of the chakra into raiton which then I add in the mix suiton which creates storm. I release the storm forward creating a spiraling vortex around me electrically charge. While releasing the storm I manipulate the shape of the vortex around me to match the looks of a dragon. I then quickly send the dragon to my opponent which devours the opponent, shocking him to death....
O how I love this jutsu XD
