I know how you feel, but the longer, the better.

More polish, Characters, better potential graphics, gameplay balance, etc.

It's best they don't Rush the final storm game. And they should finish everything in the story, not leave off at the last.

At the moment, the delay is only for Japan. They may change the release date for EU, US, etc.. but at the moment they haven't said the release date has changed for anyone else.

If i remember correctly, one of the other storm games (think it was the very first one?) had the same delay too. It released fine for the rest of the world, but Japan release was delayed by several months.
