Madara, no contest. It also takes slightly more skill than generic Sasukes. His combos that reach halfway across the screen are obviously easy to use and he doesn't have one bad move in his moveset even down his fuma shuriken and awesome tilt.

Depends if madara has infinite combo, i know sasuke does when he pulls the opponent towards him with the deva path.
