I've decided to pre-order the game at best buy. Can I pre-order at the store instead of online? Since i don't want a bank account of prepaid cards

Depends if they're doing bonuses. Some games have preorder exclusives if you get it at different stores. So far from what I've seen, there is no exclusive location. I think GameStop only does midnight releases if there's enough preorders on a game, so maybe Walmart will have midnight release, if that's what you want.
