Storm 4 PC better?

Ok, so I picked up Storm 4 back when it came out and it was laggy, and I mean terribly laggy. The fixes of the time didn't seem to work so I deleted it. Now, I come back to it's Steam page as it's been a while and see the ratings are now no longer mixed but mostly positive.

I see people no longer talking about the problems so before I rush in I wanna ask you all, has the game become more optimized?

Do note, I have a stone age PC but it still passes all the requirements for the game and similar configurations are able to run it. Did you have any problems that are now fixed? I'm fine with tweaking btw, just wanna hear if it got better.

I regret not getting mines on PC because the PS4 servers are horrible lol

Rly? I thought they were better than PC. Im talking about optimization tho, not the servers.

I only played it on PC so I have nothing to compare with, but it was decent for me

I really hate it on PC, my comptuer can run it just fine but the window won't go minimised screen without getting PS2 level graphics and also I have delay that I never had on the PS3 games.

Like i'll tap my Sub button like mad and it'll do it only some of the time. It's very imprecise.

What about fps? Did they fix that?

I'm unsure the difference, i'm really not a technical guy- all I know is that I WISH I could go back to the PS3 days. I have a Ninja Storm series and used to be really quite good but due to lag and my controller(?) not inputting as slick as it used to- i'm just not a serious contender anymore.

You guys should try starmade it is a neat game like minecraft but better you can drive the starships you build
