The Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, gets a brand new ultimate jutsu – the Tandem Explosive Tags technique. This is the jutsu Tobirama uses against Six Paths Obito in the anime/manga where he uses his own body as explosive tags that summon more tags that attach to the opponent and continuously detonate.
The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, also has a brand new ultimate jutsu – a multi-elemental technique. This doesn’t seem to be a jutsu from the anime/manga, but one created for the game where Hiruzen and his clones launched water, lightning, mud, and wind from their mouths at the opponent. Hiruzen also seems to have a Water Dragon Jutsu as a normal jutsu.
Last, but not least, players who buy the Season Pass for Naruto Storm 4 get an exclusive combination ultimate jutsu (CUJ) for the Akatsuki. This was previously announced through a <Steam update, but now we get our first official image of it. By the looks of it, the combination ultimate jutsu seems to incorporate the following 10 characters – Pain, Konan, Itachi, Kisame, Kakuzu, Hidan, Deidara, Sasori, Orochimaru, and Zetsu.
