[Naruto Game] Storm 4 coming early on PC??

From Saiyan Island it says its coming on 5th February while on the consoles it comes later on 9th

This is pretty funny because usually games on PC are the ones which releases the last

For eg GTA V,NFS 2015..etc

Exception tht some got it early

Also i wonder what the download size will be

Due to UNS4 being released on the 5th in europe while on the 9th in the US

The pre-download option is still unavailable for me on Steam, but yeah, can't wait for Friday
