I would put masked man first because of his jutsu and awakening ability. All you need is decent timing to rape. It is that hard to avoid Minato teleporting behind you. Just run forward when he does and he'll miss.

naruto 5 kage summit is pretty overpowered because even when you cancel moves, you still butt into his clones. Sasuke 5 kage summit is the most overpowered in my opinion with his fast combos. i think his combos are faster than the new sasuke(EMS)
