Madara having Perfect Susano'o would kinda be a waste for him, because Susano'o is one of those techs that are only effective in the Manga and Anime. You can speed rush somebody who awakened into their Susano'o, though a failed game mechanic and obviously fake, characters that have awakenings that make them "Bigger" like Choji, can be speed blitzed without the chance to attack.

Madara will most likely have his Final Susano'o Unstabilized, his Perfect Susano'o is too big will fall victim to broken game mechanics.
