Storm 3 pre-order code don't work

Well today, I got my storm 3 (I pre-ordered It to get the alternate costumes) i got the code online, I put it in the other day but never did the 2nd part. Does that mean I'm screwed out of the dlc costumes? If i am,Chen I am gonna fu king PISSED right off! D:<

You mean that you copied the 3-section code onto the Storm 3 website, and you didn't write down the code to use for Marketplace/PSN?

There's an option where you can get an email sent to you with the code, just incase you forget it. It sucks that they don't do that automatically, tbh.

If you have already redeemed the code on the Storm 3 website, I don't think there's anyway to redeem it again. You can try contacting Namco-Bandai customer support and provide them with the code you used. Then, they should hopefully send you the code to use for downloading your costumes.

If you want, you could create a trial account on Neon Alley. They have 5 DLC costumes available to members. I'm not exactly sure on what it entails, I'm getting the game today.

Damn, that sucks. I remember my emails from them appeared in my junk folder for some reason.

Hopefully customer support will be able to fix the problem for you.
