So I just wanted to know who you guys would think to be the most interesting character with like the coolest combos and animations and stuff like that

NOT MOST POWERFUL!!! because people will spam naruto/ sasuke/ madara

I'm talking about which characters will be the coolest to look at...

remember they had custom jutsu on ps2 u could customize if your character had rasengan or chiordi or exploding clone jutsu

I would have thought faster but then again, we havent seen zetsu run properly or actually punch anyone lol
