The edo kages asside why why cant the hokages 1 2 3 and 4 haves edos as well considering its relevant. and besides theres no point in 1 and 2 being in it all considering the dont come back until they are edos again anyway

I know that but they are not relevant to the timeline in the game nor are the pre timeskip characters i understand the need for them but the edo kages should be in rather have them then the jinchuriki (non edos)

the pts chars. are in because theres soppose to be some sort of flashback mode where you can fight previous game boss battles

The edo Hokage were just shown in the manga. There is no way that they would have been edo in the game.
