Storm 3 glitch?

I have this glitch where the languages get messed up, my game is in Japanese, and the gameplay is just fine... But sometimes when I play online, the winner does their speech in english. I also get the "Let the battle begin!" at the start, every now and then.

That's sorta bad, but not as bad as something I've found out, Kakazus Jutsu, even if he's not looking at u, still follows u (if your behind him, his attack still goes towards u

Just a minor glitch, would worry about it too much.
Could also (maybe) depend on which language your opponent has set his game.
