Storm 3 code (need help)

So i preordered naruto storm 3 despair edition from zavvi.com and they mailed me the 5 dlc costume code and said to go to

You must be registered for see links

and submit the code. Problem is i can't find the box that says submit code xD please help if you know xD

I believe that you'll be able to activate your codes on the website tomorrow, when the game is actually recognized as being 'released'.
