Storing chakra for 3 years?

Its not a one time thing in other words whatever tsunadr. Can do sakura can do it too.

The difference between Sakura and Tsunade is that Tsunade already possesses enormous chakra levels, while Sakura doesn't. That's why Tsunade's seal doesn't take that long to store up chakra. On the other hand, Sakura takes 3 years to store up the required chakra.

Once the chakra is depleted, it will take another 3 years for Sakura to store the required amount.

Her chakra control has been hinted at since early part 1, even Tsunade and Jirya noticed it. It's been obvious she was going to learn Tsunade's technique.

As for her being on Naruto and Sasuke's level there's something you're overlooking. Team 7 has a Team Hiruzen parallel. Tsuande was the powerhouse of that group. Orochimaru was the powerful genius, Jirya the gutsy/goofball Sage Mode user, and Tsunade the over powered Medic.

Sakura's powerup finishes out what Kishi was doing.
