Sakura was storing chakra for 3 years just for that jutsu? so its a one time thing?

And it doesnt look like she got much out of it except for brute force...how is she on Narutos or Sasukes level?
I keep seeing people say Top 10 now but all of the top 10 candidates still destroy her,,,

Maybe im missing something ?_?

Also once this runs out will she have to wait 3 years again till she becomes usefull for 5 minutes again?

I don't think the Jutsu is just a 5 min thing. I think it's for a lifetime since Tsunade is always walking around with it, so I guess 3 years is only a little price to pay + she can use it to it's fullest since she isn't trying to use it to stay young like Tsunade. She is definitely not on Naruto or Sasuke's level and definitely not in the top 10 but she has made a good improvement with this and isn't completely useless anymore. All she needs now is a bloody summoning jutsu.

I think it is more maybe to do with she can store any amount of chakra, the jutsu requires a certain amount but because she has been storing chakra for three years she can use the jutsu multiple times successively

It took Tsunade days or rest,eating,drinking to restore Her chakra reserves before She could store chakra again, the same will apply to Sakura. It's not a few minutes or hours of rest but days ones She uses it up.

The whole 'storing chakra for 3 years' thing felt a bit forced. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense at the moment, but who knows? Hopefully Kishi will explain it more in future chapters.

As for whether Sakura is on par with Naruto and Sasuke, I think she is still lagging behind. As we've seen from Tsunade, the technique can be used to tank literally anything and even break through Susano'o, however she doesn't quite have the speed required to match her teammates.
I suppose we'll just have to wait and see her full abilities.
