Kakazu can duo it Augmentation, different hearts
Ten ten with banana fan can do it Using a treasure from the sosp

Etc etc.

Sad thing is... People forever said Hiruzen was fodder yet when the man uses ALL 5 Elements which is something ONLY the So6P could do. People disregard it and try to derate it. Come on lets be real. Admit you guys are wrong and accept that Hiruzen was the strongest hokage

There's nothing stopping any ninja from learning all 5. It's just that ninjas have an affinity to 1.
Kakashi's affinity is raiton, yet he can use doton and suiton as well.
Hiruzen's affinity(according to his clan) is katon, yet he could use the other 4.

The point is he learn all of them without the help of any ability.
any ninja can but he was the ONLY one shown to have all without a special ability, kakashi has the sharingan which earn him the moniker of copy ninja, so it would be easier for him to learn it and still he doesnt have all five.

Even though i don't like Hiruzen as a hokage; it is refreshing to see a character like him who mastered all elements with no special ability from birth barring intellect. As far as i know Sarutobi clan did not have secret techniques or kkg, just natural fire affinity.
