Well actually that's not all that true. Naruto was stabbed by Sasuke in the chest and lived.

BUT Sakura does have a better chance of healing faster afterwards and tanking more damage, so I kind of see what you're getting at

Sasuke speed it too much for her, only Naruto (base) and Kakashi have speeds to keep up or match Sasuke's speed. As Kakashi told Sakura when they fought in the anime, Having power is nothing if you can't hit your opponent (As he dodges her punches and kicks). Sasuke (hebi) can beat current Sakura, he's my fave Sasuke because of how he used analysis in his fight with Deidara. Deidara had the power advantage while Sasuke had the sharingan to analyze Deidara's jutsu, test his analysis and from there carried it out.
