- Stop saying he is slow. Speed is the ultimate instrument of power. Without it you lose to someone faster. This would mean that Hashi would've been outpaced by someone a longggggg time ago but he wasn't. So he was fast. He even outran the Kyuubi by jumping on floating rocks.

- Stop saying Genjutsu defeats him. He fought Uchiha (Gen specialists) daily from a child. It doesn't work on him.

- Stop saying Taijustsu defeats him. That man is a Sage Mode master. His hand to hand is probably top 3 ever.


Conclusion. There's really no real way to defeat him. A TBB can one shot 99% of shinobi yet he can tank it with a Golem.

Madara and Hashirama don't train together, Hashirama trains with Tobirama. This still doesn't mean anything when hebi Sasuke is faster than both of them by miles. Nowhere in the manga did it ever stated that Hashirama or Madara was extremely fast.
