Would you all please show some common sense and stop threads about the the death of the Kages?
1- The kages are likely to be among the most important characters for the story. Therefore, if they were actually dead Kishimoto would never be SO silly and show such a lack of respect towards his own creation. For the Kages to die it has to be shown LIVE STREAM and not flashback. After such a long battle, Kishimoto (or whoever that respect him/herself) simply wouldn't turn into the biggest troll in the world.

Kishimoto's clues:

1- Tsunade just got her chakra restored and her Yin Seal back thanks to Dan. It was certainly a moving gathering after so many years. Madara noticed that she got all power restored and she seemed to be ready for a second round.

Answer:
No! Kishimoto certainly knows what he is doing and every single detail has a purpose.

2- Madara himself said "he was bored so he was going after Kyubi".
If his intention was killing the Kages he would have said "I'm tired of this. I'm will kill you all and make it quickly because I have some pending issues with "my old friend" the Kyubi".

You are the first person i see on the base that ever thought that that Madara might not be the real one. I also think that is not him. He looks very much like he has the marks of an edo on his body. I believe that this Madara was summoned from the next dimension by Tobi. Tobi's fire came from out of his eyes (dimension), then Madara came out of the fire. I believe it was Madara that did the fire jitsu from the other side. Maybe Tobi has some sort of a reincarnation jitsu as well, similar to edo, but different.

And for madara arriving sooner than the shinobi alliance, he flew there. Remember, Tendo could fly, so it's only logical to assume the fastest way to get to a place is to fly there.
